I did the same thing in 1990 as well! Kambucha is a nasty pain in the ass. I had to store it above my kitchen cupboards because it was the only dark place I had...
i am way too much of a clean freak to let kombucha rankness into my kitchen.... i'll take a tall glass of water instead! xoxox. robin
